I had in-adverently ordered regular readers when I meant to order progressive readers. I called & the process to exchange for the correct glasses was very easy. Very happy with the correct lenses.

No hassle returns if necessary
I purchased three styles of progressive readers; two of them fit my face but one of them was too small. I was able to return it and received a speedy refund.

Excellent products and style!!
LO is such a great company to do business with if you have any issues. Their customer service is so kind, generous and efficient!! The eyewear is fabulous…..excellent quality and always in style! They keep up with and set current trends in the market!! I have Laurels and Cosmos and I’m so proud to wear them!!
