Andy helped me exchange my glasses in a few minutes and was wonderful to work with!

Customer service reached out to me when there was an issue with tracking my order and alerted me to the problem. They quickly sent me a replacement order. Glasses arrived and I’m delighted. This is my second pair of Look glasses.
