LOOK OPTICReviews of lookoptic.com

Great selection with reasonable prices. High quality. Follow up after purchase. Hints to adjust to progressives were helpful (and worked). Customer service was a personal touch that was unexpected and special!

I love these glasses! They are fashionable and I get compliments all the time. I ordered a couple more pairs, but ordered the progressive lenses and they didn't work for me. Their customer service is AWESOME! They respond quickly and act to make the returns easy and reordering is a breeze! Thank you LOOK

Andy was super responsive, helpful, and made the process of exchanging my glasses very easy. Look forward to purchasing even more stylish products!

I am a longstanding lover of LOOK readers, for their good looks and their comfort. And every time I've communicated with LOOK, it's felt like a personal experience with warm consideration and actual customer SUPPORT. Thanks, LOOK OPTIC! Recommend for all.

Customer service reps are great - very responsive!

Innitially I needed assistance with my order because I couldn't get my cart to update correctly and then a few hours after I placed the order I received notification of the Spring sale. They were very responsive and helped with my request. They went above and beyond to ensure a good experience. I can't wait to get my new Progressives and tempted to buy a few more before the sale ends!

I love my progressive Muse glasses. They are so cute and trendy. I get nothing but compliments on them. I literally have two different pairs that I wear often. One is the rose colored lense and the other ones are clear. Customer Service is top-notch. I had a problem with one of the pair and they replaced them immediately.

Glasses are good quality and customer service is great!
