The delivery service is terrible. I still haven’t received my order and there is no way to communicate with the delivery provider. Terrible customer service. You really need to get a better delivery service.

Overpriced glasses shouldn't have a Return fee for progressives.... Terrible service. Go with a cheaper option that doesn't try to keep your money.

They charge you for shipping with a delivery company that no one has heard of. Still no product receipt after Uniuni says it's been "Out for delivery" for five straight days. And I'm not buying the "Delivery attempt failed" message at 10:32am because we get deliveries from all the major carriers and couriers on a daily basis. Customer service has not been reachable.

I would give zero if I could. My glasses have been “out for delivery” for several days, having already sat in the warehouse for days. Customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful to put it mildly.

Look Optic pitches their experience as a "dont sweat the fine print" and "no questions asked" return policy. The problem is if you don't like the product they end up asking a lot of questions, then they try and give you a store credit 30% over what you originally spent... and if you still want to return after all that they keep $18 for themselves. If they had a great product then they would stand behind it and they wouldn't sweat the shipping costs for the few returns they do experience (and would take that risk to get their product into consumers hands.) I imagine they deal with ALOT of returns and try to make a little money on each one of them. The industry standard for online commerce is full refund with a shipping label sent to customer for return - a fully risk free trial. Look Optic refuses to offer that, which tells me they offer an inferior product with a high return rate.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand your frustration, and we're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify that our return fee is $9, which is disclosed in our return policy on our website. The additional amount you're seeing is the shipping fee you selected at checkout. While we refund the cost of the product, the original shipping charge is not refundable, as it is a service provided by the shipping carrier. We never advertise free returns, and we always aim to be as transparent as possible about our return policy. We understand that every company handles returns differently, and we truly appreciate your perspective. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We'll be sure to share it with our team as we continue working to improve the customer experience.

Update 2: after seeing this review they did refund the entire purchase. There should have been an option on their return form to discuss the return. The glasses were warped. Update: after getting my refund it was actually the $8 plus taxes that they kept from my order. Almost $20 to “try” their glasses. Shipping was fast but the glasses are unusable. The part where it’s magnified is all distorted and worse than my regular vision. I have dollar store magnifiers that work better. Yes I have to look over them or take them off to look up but they’re a couple dollars not $100. THEN to add insult to injury their “don’t fear the fine print” guarantee costs you $9 for a return. I wanted these glasses to work but I have to be able to see using them. Wow.

Please reply to this email with your order number, and our Customer Service team will take care of everything for you. Thank you, LOOK OPTIC.
