I received my glasses but apparently i had ordered straight readers instead of progressive. I wore them to work the next day any way to see if i could make them work but after a few hours decided I'd better exchange them....but only after receiving numerous compliments on my adorable glasses!! I've shared the link with plenty of co-workers and I've initiated my exchange, which was super easy by a rep who was super helpful. I'll definitely use them again!

Original order lost via USPS and even though it was not Look Optics fault they made it right and I was shipped a new pair via a different carrier (UPS) via overnight. We did wait a few days to give the usps time to locate the lost package but after 3 days they did not hesitate to take care of the replacement. I can’t wait to now order the Muse in the green and brown gradient! I have two pairs of clear and now the pink. These are the best and I am always getting compliments. Looking forward to owning the entire lineup!

I love this glasses, fashionable, went extra mile to problems on fine print look good on you. I already got two pairs from them, needed an exchange and it was done very prompty, before I knew it same day it was already shipped! My original order got delayed/lost during shipping and the Optic team was not only proactive in reaching out when they noticed, but immediately sent out an expedited replacement order so that I could receive my glasses before a trip. Excellent customer service!

The Muse Progressive Readers are so CUTE-TA!! I ordered 4 pair in different colors. Very glamorous and look like intentional cool shades instead of old-lady readers. Also, Look Optic has been so great in working with me. I accidentally ordered 2 pair of the same colopr/style. When I realized the mistake, I messaged them and they were able to fix my order, give me an instant refund and the entire process was so smooth. I bought 4 cute pair of progressive readers for the same price of ONE pair of rx glasses I got from my optometrist. I had no idea progressive readers could replace my prescription glasses. Such a better option for me! Check them out! I highly recommend for both quality, style options, and great customer service.
