Love my glasses!!!

I recently decided to add a couple more pairs of LOOK OPTIC glasses to my collection, and I couldn’t be happier. They’re stylish, exceptionally well made, and the perfect accessory for any outfit. This time I ordered a pair of sunglasses and a pair of progressive lenses, and I expect to wear them every day. After placing my order, I realized I should have also purchased a pair for a family member who’s started having trouble seeing things up close (she just turned 45! 🤷‍♀️). I contacted customer service, and they immediately added the extra pair to my order so I could still take advantage of the free shipping and discount. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. I can’t wait for my new glasses to arrive!

LOOK OPTIC Customer Service is sensational! I noticed a mixup in my order confirmation, and when notified, Andy got right on it and corrected it. I am not surprised. Everything about this company and its products is outstanding. I love their Progressives, and now that their most fashionable large frames now come in a Medium option, I also tried their Muse-M. I loved it so much that I had to order their Laurel-M as well. Can’t wait for it to arrive!

I purchased a pair of readers (Cosmo) and loved them immediately! Unfortunately the little screw that keeps the arm on fell out. I was so bummed but thought I'd reach out. I did and received the nicest email from Andy saying he was shipping me out a new pair! WHAT!!!??? WOW. What great customer service. Look Optic is legit - I'm a happy customer.

I started wearing my progressives and have not had any trouble adjusting to them. I put my drugstore readers in a drawer and now have three pairs of progressives and get compliments on them all the time. You have made a good product.

I love my glasses. They are better than my prescription glasses. I look forward to get another pair.
