I ordered the progressive glasses in taupe. The frames were great but I needed a different prescription. I emailed and Andy emailed me back promptly! He was so helpful! I got his email with a QR code to start an exchange. I made a mistake and then needed a new QR code. I emailed Andy back and he quickly emailed me a new code to send the glasses back for an exchange! I’ve never had such great customer service! Polite, professional and efficient! Renews my faith! Thank you !

I've struggled with new prescriptions for decades. I knew reading script was inevitable, with my age, but I could never get distance completely right, and chose to take off my Rx glasses for driving.
