We ordered takeout from longhorn. Ribye steak dinner. Only this steak didn't look or taste like a Ribye and it made us sick like food poison. Longhorn used to be our go to steakhouse but after last nite, we feel like longhorn is gaslighting.

Today we had a great lunch at Longhorn Pooler. Wonderful atmosphere and we had a small incident but in no time the manager was informed and offered us a free appetizer or dessert. She was there before we even had the idea she was informed about it. She was a great personality already when I got in and waited on my friend but this accurate reaction was very client friendly and made our day! Chapeau Madame!!

First time to be at a longhorn restaurant. Johnson City Tn. .Food was great. the broccoli was under steamed, but the steak was great. They were under staffed, the bartender was our waitress,[ Cassandra D. } she did not have enough time to take care of us. This was our first time and will probley be the last last.

Some racist black employees. Collierville TN. We're a white couple, well dressed and liked by the waiting staff because we're polite, kind, and tip very well. We were told to wait 1.5 hours for a table. I saw the (never more than 7or 8) other waiting people cycle completely a few times. There were about 12 open tables the entire time we waited. We were told the long wait was because the to-go staff was down by one person (you can't make up stuff like this). When the hostess did look at us (very little) she had scornful look and tone. She didn't even look up as we left past her and said goodnight to a waitress we like standing right next to her (just had a scowl on her face). We had a drink at the bar and left an hour after we got there. Even though we live in the Memphis area, we don't come across horribly racist white-hating black people often, but it is obvious when it happens... and this is not our first taste of this at this location, just the worst. Sorry to most of the nice staff - the food and service are mostly good (we love the salads) - just the white-hating bad apples... So to all the decent folks working there, you're losing business revenue and cash tips due to a couple/few racist black coworkers. Also, one of our good friends told us the same thing about this place, and he doesn't go there anymore. We're thick skinned (no snowflakes), and have shrugged off a few racist "what are y'all doing here?" stares, but the passive aggressive non-service was too much. It will be a long while if we ever try again. It's also my understanding that this is what put Collierville Talbots out of business a few years back (I know a token white they hired).

In Bethlehem,Ga. Ordered the lobsters chowder, never got any lobster, and only 3 pieces of shrimp. Nothing but corn, and potatoes. Container only filled to the 3/4 container.

ABSOLUTE HORROR!!! I WAS THE LITTLE GIRL BEHIND THE LADY THAT GOT TOLD TO CONVERT HER RELIGION. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR, UR FOOD IS ATROCIOUS I SAW A LIVE SCORPION RUN AROUND MY TANLE AND A RAT COME OUT OF THE TOILETS. THERE WAS SOMETHING MOVING AROUND MY DRINK. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I WILL MAKE SURE MY GREAT GRANDKIDS HEAR ABOUT THIS. OVER AND OUT 😘

The food almost put me into a cardiac arrest and the waiters just stood there staring at me and didn’t even attempt to help me in any way.I think it’s because Im a Muslim Black man.

RACIST AND ISLAMOPHOBIC WORKERS!! Do not come here unless you want to be completely disrespected. Horrible experience
