I couldn't give 5 stars because I am aware that most of the devices have more features than LoneStar is currently utilizing. Some of these features can even be passed on to the end user. That being said, the service is affordable and the support was fast and knowledgeable.

Hi Jason, we actually have two versions available, a "lite" version and a "pro" version. The lite version is used by default for all our customers because it is a very easy to use application. If desired, we can switch you over to the Pro version which has many more features, more buttons and does have a learning curve. Please let us know if you would ever want to upgrade, there is no additional cost, and we can always switch you back if needed. As well, thank you for taking time to leave a review about our service. The app needs some work, overall good device and accurate.
The app needs some work. For tracking the unit the app works well. But the app itself could use some tweaking for setting notifications and alerts. The unit and tracking is reassuring for an asset that has minimal security features.

Staff cldv been more knowledgeable but very friendly and helpful...sometimes the addresses be a tad bit off and the screws for the magnets don't screw all the up which makes the magnets a lil loose...over all I'm satisfied

Love the devices Lonestar offers
Love the devices Lonestar offers, the service and the app. My only criticism is when I get text message alerts for the movement of my asset(s) it seems to NEVER come from the same telephone number. It would be great if would be from the same number so 1) it wouldn't fill my inbox with so many seperate text messages but rather all from the same phone/contact and 2) I could add ONE number to my contacts and label it Lonestar Tracking.
