I give 4 stars out of 3 years just had a black out the day I let someone use my trailer and I no longer receive movement alerts but I can still track

Informative and understandable…
Informative and understandable conversation with the tech help. However I left a voicemail on the tech helpline a week and a half earlier and never received a return call when I was worried about where my camper was.

Pleased with product and company
Devices work and notifications work Price is fair I am updating the review as the app now works The navigation structure is a bit rough but it works and the company is responsive

A REAL person answered the phone when
Fairly quick to get product and easy set up and San actuall person answered the phone when I had a question. They didn’t have an answer but the call me back when they did get the answer

Sometimes it is maybe 20-30 yards off but recently it’s shown to be 100 yards or so off
Hey I like your product. All is well except most of the time it doesn’t show the exact location. Close enough I guess but sometimes it could be as much as 100 yards from the actual location. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

So far, okay
The device is good quality, but it has trouble with Geofence accuracy in our four acre pasture. It will often say the dog is in the neighbor's yard when she is not, or sometimes that she is in the neighbor's pasture two doors down. So far, we don't think she's has left our pasture. We are still happy that we can monitor her and the the collar cost and battery life are excellent.
