I thought it kept a mileage log
I thought it kept a mileage log. Maybe it does but I haven’t figured it out. Otherwise it works as it should.

Satellite view
Just had the GPS unit for 1 1/2 weeks. Too early to give a complete review. So far I don’t know why the satellite view shows a extremely old view. The satellite view needs to be updated. I believe my HuntStand app updates view often.

We are using the tracker on our…
We are using the tracker on our Livestock Guardian dog. There’s too much variability in the position of the GPS coordinate to allow us to feel completely assured that we can trust what it is telling us. It shows he’s been places he could never get to. But admittedly we may be expecting too much from the current state of the technology.

There are to many times in a day it loses signal even when vehicle hasn't moved sending us notifications all times of the night for no reason.

Hello Robert, Sorry to hear you are having issues with your tracker. I have reviewed your account, and it appears that you have a battery powered tracker. These trackers goto sleep when your asset is not moving to conserve battery. When it is sleeping, it is disconnected from the cellular network, which is why you are receiving this signal loss alert. This specific alert is designed for wired trackers that are connected to a constant power source, and not the specific tracker that you own. GPS divice was not accurate
GPS divice was not accurate, and the divice was not update constantly on location as promise from the provider. 75% of the time divice was NOT updated in the LneStar app. For that reason i stopped using it.

Sorry to hear that you had trouble with our tracking device and service. I just took a look at your account, and can see that the device only had a 12% signal. This is too weak for GPS to operate, and the device would need to be relocated to improve accuracy. If you ever decide to resume service, please contact our support team to verify that the location you have installed the tracker is in a spot that can receive Cellular and GPS signals. Hello Fonda, Thank you for the review. Our AI-12 camera does not yet support audio. However, there is a mic installed in the camera so once the software supports audio streaming, we will immediately enable this feature for you.
