Logo VentureReviews of logoventure.com

Jason Diaz! What awesome customer service! He was welcoming, understanding and so accommodating for all my needs. Not only did he provide me with some of the best logos I have ever seen but they were perfect without needing revisions. He understand exactly what I wanted and was so efficient getting back to me daily and most of the times within minutes :) I strongly reccomend Jason personally to be chosen to work on anyone’s logo. I can’t express how amazing, and friendly he was and not to mention his fantastic work. Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work with my logo :) and providing a great customer experience so.

I worked with Jason Diaz on updating My logo for djing! It was done quickly and to a high standard of work. Jason took on all inputs i put towards it and blew me away because it turned out better than i imagined. a huge thanks to Jason and the team at Logo Venture for blowing me away.

Got the perfect logo and business cards. It took some time to figure out a design but I'm extremely happy with end result. Jason Daiz is extremely helpful and caring.

Great follow-up! Great communication within the time frame allotted stated in the email! Really professional company!

Turned out to be an easy experience, I was kept informed every step of the way, with quick response to my questions. The final logo is just what we were looking for, thank you again, Carl

You will promised to get unlimited revisions, but the quality is very poor. Free App will design your logo way better than Logoventure.com I paid for the unlimited service for $175 December 8, 2017. I paid with credit card and they promised to give refund if I didn't like the service they provide. But after 5th revision, I realized Logo Venture will not meet my expectation, so I requested refund. One of the account manager called quickly and asked for one last chance. I gave them the last chance but still poor quality was provided. When I requested the refund again, they ignored it for a few days. I finally called them and had another representative ask for last chance, but this time I said no. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge because Logo Venture will not give refund. First I had 3 way calling with Capital One on January 8th, 2018, Logo Venture said they only release the refund on 15th every month, but they did provide refund authorization code. Make sure you write that down or request email from Logo Venture. I waited or forgot about it until January 30th, 2018 and still no refund, I had to call Capital One again, and since Capital One had all the evidence from January 8th call, Capital One went ahead and finally disputed the charge. Logo Venture will keep giving you excuses until you take actions or until you forget.

All I was looking for plus more The team at LogoVentre did a great job at creating a suitable logo for me at a great price. I was able to ask for lots of different versions of the 8 designs that My designer came up with and I appreciate his patience in dealing with me! I'd recommend Logo venture for sure. Matt.

Jason Diaz and his team worked really hard on creating my package. He was quick at responding and he listened to my freedback to create me something great!
