I was very skeptic about Logo Venture after going through hell with Fiver. Because of some negative reviews I saw online, the deal I got from them it was unbeatable, that’s the reason I decided to go with Logo Venture. My first impression with chat support was very easy and helpful. As soon as I made the payment I was seriously overwhelmed with the services I received. They made the entire progress so easy and enjoyable for me plus their website is perfectly designed to give you the best service. They provided many logo samples and nailed my logo the very first time, I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Logo Venture for their services.

Excellent team!! Listening to what I want!... the simple and basic rules in business is to listen to what the customer wants and not just selling everything.. so this company does listen to me. Jason and his team is very helpful in creating my logo. when they said Unlimited revision, it is unlimited revision.. and due to I am in Australia, creating logo and all of the marketing can be time consuming, since they are based in US, the time difference actually fit me well to reply to emails on the project after hours. I am creating the whole marketing for myself and was thinking to create my website with somebody else. but because they are very attentive and always listening to what I want. I go with them.. so I am in the second business with logo venture now. People say, customer satisfaction is important. In my opinion, customer satisfaction means nothing until you got repeat business from that customer. So, well done Logo Venture, I am happy and already back again.

All cost was not communicated to me form the inception. The price quoted during my initial discussion was only for the first step, when I thought I had paid for a finished logo, I was later told that I had to pay a further amount for copyright. I didn’t mind paying but I think all cost has to be disclosed from the inception. On a positive note, The team worked with me to ensure that the logo I received was exactly what I wanted. They were patient and very forthcoming

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! There are many other site out there that will give you less than half the rate these guys are charging. I regret not doing my research before hand. Their quality of work is extremely poor. You can basically download an app and make it yourself. I was extremely disappointed. I ended up creating my own logo, and they changed the color. I basically did the work and paid them. After I have paid and finalize the logo, I was charged more money to registered my logo when I did not have to ands told not only one employee but two saying I MUST pay for registration of my logo if I wanted to use it. I did not know any better, until I spoken to many people claiming that was not true, and I had the option not to register it if I chose to. I immediately called them back demanding my money back, and they have refused multiple times. I have even spoken to the "manager" who said there was nothing I can do about it and the transaction was already in process. WOW WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I then asked him very clearly did I have to register it in order to use it? he reply "no". THEN GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! They then send me an email claming they had suspended the employee and designer and by doing so they ask me to remove my review. I REFUSED. not good enough!!!! I want my money back!!!! They have even offer me 100 dollars for compensation and also ask me to remove this review once more. I DECLINED again. These guys are so unprofessional. As I am currently updating my review to add new information because I want everyone to know and be aware. They have even tried to breach and report this review. everything i have said was the truth. I did not cross any line. So here I am updating. I am currently trying to get a charge back on my credit card for the registration fee that I did not have to pay for given the situation that they said I HAD to. I really do feel as a new business customer I have been taken advantage of. These guys do not care, they just want your money. At this point I had to go through all the inconvenience of writing reviews, dealing with my credit card company, and nothing but headaches with this company. I just feel a lot better letting everyone know about my experience because I truly do think there are so many better companies out there that you can support instead. I am suspicious of the reviews here on Trustpilot If you go on GOOGLE reviews there are MANY REAL PEOPLE that had the same experience as I. Please do your research.
