The reasoning why I'm giving the 4/5 starts is just the fact I wasn't told that I would be charged in USA$, rather than AUS$. Other then that the service has been really good so far. Keep up the awesome work.

Great experience. Got 2 rounds of multiple design variations at first- which helped drill down a good design - and then received multiple revisions due to my further requests, and in the end - gotten the perfect logo me and my business partner both really liked!

$2000 out of pocket and nothing to show. Logo Venture have some extremly dodgy business practices. I struggle to understand how they have even one positive review. I suggest reading their google reviews as they are more accurate.
