I mostly love Lodi’s products. Have been buying them for years. However I had very been experience this last Christmas. I bought two adorable purses for my granddaughters. Said to arrive about 4 days before Christmas. On the day they were expected, the date changed to December 26. My guests headed for home before the packages arrived. After paying rather a lot to get them shipped to me, I had to pay again to send the gifts on to the girls. I had also ordered myself a wallet which arrived after Christmas. The size turned out to be way bigger than I wanted. I called the company to find out how to return it. Was told there were no returns allowed. I had paid full price, not a special sale price. Very disappointed. Won’t buy from this company again.

I love all my Lodi’s wallets. They are the perfect size. I buy the ones that have the strap to hold credit cards in. It’s just so convenient I never reach for any other wallet. The leather breaks in nicely too.

I have used something each day for about 25 years, and I love it. It’s extremely small, and sparkly and looks just so glamorous when pulled from your purse. Twenty-five years ago, my young daughter liked it, too. She just wanted to hold it or touch it. Now she’s grown, but I noticed her still looking at it as she did back then. So I had one shipped to her. It was lost in transit and not easy to recover. I was sick. Many emails and messages later, after all the details were received, the company quickly sent a replacement. The fact that this article lis still being made 25 years later says a lot about their fashion sense and intuitiveness. I will always appreciate the hours spent on my order, They knew it was a special one, and they stayed with it until the end even though they didn’t create the problem.

I received a beautifully made wallet with high quality materials and expert craftsmanship. The only downsides: 1. Shipping cost, which was explained as due to shipping from India; and 2. Way too much packaging. Five stars for the product; 4 stars for shipping costs and packaging.

I just bought a Lodi’s wallet at TJ Maxx! A $60 wallet I got for $20! A beautiful burgundy! Love it! Smells good like REAL LEATHER! Soft too! Perfect size 3/4 Wallet! I didn’t find tightness! It’s perfect! 🥰

I have hit unsubscribe so many times and these people will not stop emailing me!! Feb 2024, Aug 2025, October 2025, November 2025, May 2026 these are all times I’ve emailed them to ask them to stop emailing me because the unsubscribe button does absolutely nothing. I've also written to their IG. I cannot get them to stop and it drives me nuts

Just like another reviewer, I’d love to give -0 stars. I ordered 2 wallets from this company because I had purchased products with the same name at Nordstrom several years ago. This company is a total scam. Cannot be the same company whose leather goods were sold at Nordstrom. The smell of mothballs was overwhelming. I sent an email immediately after opening the box and was told this is normal for leather goods to smell musty or like mothballs. Seriously? After repeated emails attempting to return these items with no help from the dishonest merchant, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I followed every step I was told to. The dishonest merchant said smell was subjective and couldn’t be verified. So CAPITAL ONE closed the case. After contacting the credit card company again I was sent a list of new requirements for them to reopen my case . Unlike another reviewer’s credit card company, CAPITAL ONE was not at all helpful to me. made me send copies of all the correspondence, along with a statement outlining all that had transpired. But the merchant was not asked to do any of that. They simply had to say that I claimed to have returned the wallets, then mentioned I still had them. I never said that. I repeatedly asked for help in returning this stinky things. CAPITAL ONE sided with LODIS and closed the case again. I have run over $750,000.00 through that credit card, never once being late on payments. I pay the bill in full every month. Still no help from CAPITAL ONE. So not only is LODIS a total fraud, but CAPITAL ONE is just as bad. They will lose a long time good customer rather than fight on my behalf over $144.97. Maybe, they don’t want to ask the merchant for anything. In closing, do not order anything from LODIS and certainly don’t expect any support from CAPITAL ONE if you use their card.
