I just received a 5 qt cast iron dutch oven and I absolutely love it. It is perfect. It fits on top of my wood stove perfectly so I still have a way to cook good food when the power is down. I love that it doubles as a frying pan for the lid as well. I really couldn't be happier with it. The reason you didn't get 5 stars is because you ship via UPS. Sadly, I will not ever shop with you again because of UPS. I made a complaint to UPS because of the constant gas-lighting with a multitude of delayed shipments due to bogus severe weather and train derailments. Now they blacklisted me and will no longer deliver any of my packages, transferring them to USPS instead. Even though they deliver to all of my neighbors every day here, but no longer to me. USPS does not deliver in my neighborhood, instead they put a slip in box and I have to make the 20 min drive into town to pick up packages at the post office. I am disabled and this makes it difficult to get packages. So I no longer order online from any business who ships via UPS.

I ordered the 3-piece set Chef collection skillets directly from the Lodge cast iron website. Two of the pans had small imperfections on the surfaces. Perfectly fine to use, and I would normally let it pass. But curious to know if this was within the company standard. I like to test out companies customer support too. I did not get disappointed! After emailing photos. I had a reply after 1 hour from Nate saying they will send two new pans. Great 5-Star rating for customer service!

Only reason I am giving a 3 star. Just received last night 5/16/26. I had to go on YouTube and try to figure out what the 4 little rubber things were laying on the bottom of the pan, nothing in the instructions about them. Apparently it was a quality control lapse, they should have been installed for shipping protection.

Since I ordered custom skillet during peak season, I reached out to them when I didn’t receive any notifications after the given processing window. The customer support was responsive. In the end, I got my order right on time. My husband was very happy with the skillet. For these reasons, I’m giving 5 stars and planning to buy again in the future.

Lodge cask iron. Doesn’t not honor their own warranty. I received a damaged item from Amazon and they would not replace it even those their warranty says they will. They also said I have to go through Amazon and they don’t stock it since it’s made for Amazon. So pretty much their warranty is useless if you buy it from an authorized retailer since they’ll claim they don’t have any stock to replace it.

I just bought a 8 inch lodge skillet. For sure love lodge. but used my skillet 1 time .called today and sent pic it was sold as a seasoned skillet ..the lady told me it wears with time... I would need to season it..I just bought it! I definitely know about skillets im 69 and a country cook. I Used it once!!! And very surprised and disappointed.

Ordered products a month ago and still has not even been shipped. Buyer be wary. Also check the returns policy terms and conditions. No emails providing updates on timeframes or ability to cancel the orders to move to alternative. Going to the largest inland festival this month and I will make sure my experience with this company is well known to all.

This is a horrible company to do business with Less than 24 hours after I placed an order, I needed to cancel. I tried leaving a message on my account, I tried calling, (the phone line said there was a high volumn of calls to please email them) I emailed and they responded with “we have a no cancel no refund policy”
