Scam company. I accidentally purchased the same thing twice, the company would not cancel the purchase. I was charged twice, and told to wait for it to arrive, and then ship it back to them. But the lockthecock physical address was fake, and I had to pressure the owner into providing a real address. I then paid for international shipping to ship back the duplicate items. After the owner received the items, I never got a refund. The same items on sale at lockthecock are widely available for cheaper on Alibaba/Aliexpress. Just a despicable business who think they can get away with anything because you are buying "intimate" or "embarrassing" items.

Scam company.. Had nothing in stock and just wants to collect your money n basically tell you to screw off after that. I'm not even close to the first one they've screwed over.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a 'SMOOTH TALKER SILICONE CAGE'. I ordered this, as it looked relatively unique, but its awful to wear for any length of time, this is due to it being too small, even though i ordered the large size. This is a shame as it is quite fun for very short term use, but because of this it less of a chastity device and more of a novelty toy item. Not only that but it took 2 months to get the order as it was shipped from china. I still haven't received another part of my order, so now 3 months waiting.. To be honest if i knew that it would take this long i would never have bought from them, i assumed from the fact that they have 'warehouses' that they would be somewhere closer, this is not the case. They are just basically a store front for products on Wish by the looks of it.

Ordered item a month ago and has never arrived. Complained and got a response that it was coming from China and it would be at least two more weeks for a total of 6-7 weeks. Had I known it was coming from China I’d ordered it else where. Not worth the time or money. Don’t buy here.

Ordered an item from this company at the end of April. Now 26th June. Still no delivery. Item coming from China. If I wanted to buy from China I would have gone to Amazon or Ebay. You buy the same product on Amazon or Ebay at a 3rd of the price. Asked for a refund several times but will not give one. A total waste of time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
