Ordered what I thought would be an authentic Holy Trainer V3. Once I completed my order it shows that my device is coming from China. That was almost 2 months ago. I have emailed them repeatedly and just get the same answer that it's in transit. The mail courier in my home country indicates a "delay" in the item. I have tried to locate the item with no success. I have asked for a refund but get no answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I email them after a month of waiting and they respond quickly stating that it is a busy time. My complaint is that package tracking shows it in transit for over a month. 3 days after I email them, I get a delivered notification and yet their is no package. USPS shows it still in transit. I tried to contact them using their hyperlinks and they get kicked back to me as undeliverable. I believe that they have blocked me. So they got my money, and I got bubkis.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company I ordered my chastity device on the 30th September it told me 4 days on the order slip it is now November 1st and on the tracking sheet it has not moved so I am wondering if I will get it before Christmas I keep being told when I email them that it will be 2 weeks I will never order from them again I have since ordered a new cage from house of denial and you will never guess what I got it in 2 days wow close this website down.

Poor. Delivery was slow - over three weeks after placing an order. And the item when it arrived had rusty metal keys. No quality control. Doubtless this is a result of shipping direct from the manufacturers - but suggests LocktheCock need to have better oversight over their Chinese suppliers.

These devices are cheap Chinese knock-off devices that can be found on many discount sites for a quarter of the price, plus their “two day” shipping is only processing time, not the actual delivery. Never again from them.

Nearly everything on the site can be found on DHgate, Aliexpress, or Ebay for much cheaper and of similar shipping times. As such, I can't see how they can guarantee safety or quality of each product. Very disappointing.

The metal cage took weeks to arrive from China. The main hole in the middle of the device has not been properly buffed/polished, so I ended up with cuts after wearing it. Their customer service is very poor, the responses are generic and unhelpful, despite the product being faulty. I will likely need to start a chargeback to get my money back.
