My partner ordered from your website online 3 weeks ago and we still haven’t received anything. The delivery company says they have returned to the sender - it’s a joke!!!! We want our money back and we will never order from your again. It’s a total scam!! We sent 3 emails and no response! Proceed with the refund now, please!

We ordered a product and after about a week it split. They were nice enough to replace it with the same product which had the same issue this time in about 3 days. When I contacted them again about exchanging it for a different product at the same price they would only offer me a 35% credit. Bad customer service.

This website is fake. Unfortunately I ordered from this site in June 21. No item was forthcoming, though they stole my money quickly enough. I then contacted them through their site twice. No reply. It seems that this is an entirely fake website with many fake reviews. Stay clear if you don't want to be ripped off!

Avoid at all costs. I don't often write reviews but I feel it's important for others to know so they don't have the same experience I did. I often discount negative reviews, putting them down to disgruntled shoppers who didn't get what they expected but in this case all the negative reviews were correct. This company operates under very shady practices. The website suggested that they are based in the UK but it turns out to be an American company. The "quality" products are just cheaply made products from the Far East being sold at a huge mark up. The item I purchased was faulty and the company refused a refund even though I supplied the requested evidence. Thankfully Paypal stepped in and refunded me. I did however lose out on some money having to post the item back, which cost a fortune as it needed to be sent to the US. I recently ordered the equivalent product (that LTC claim to be inferior) from Amazon at a fraction of the price and sure enough, it was the exact same item. As someone on here suggested, I think they hope the consumer will not kick up a fuss given the potentially embarrassing nature of the product.

I saw how their cages are designed for long term wear so I decided to order the black silicone cage since it looked similar to what I have worn from other companies. When I opened the packaging I noticed that the base rings which fit around your scrotum did not have rounded edges. They were almost a crisp 90 degree cut and the center seam was not cleanly trimmed. I tried it on and after 30 minutes I realized this was not going to be as comfortable as advertised. The seam and edges dug into my skin and I was not able to sit for more than a minute before needed to stand and try to adjust. In addition, when you skin begins to sweat, the silcone felt like it was sticking to my skin. I don't expect a refund since it's is not mentioned in their policies. I'll stick with the $120 CBX products.

How on Earth this company has so many positive reviews is beyond me. This site advertises quick 2-day shipping which is misleading. The product ships within two days from CHINA! It’a been almost 3 weeks and I still have not got my product. It shows moving through the system but VERY slowly. I will never order from this company again!

Ordered the wrong size my first time, which is on me. When I ordered a smaller size however, they sent me the wrong size by mistake. Okay that's fine, things happen... except when I contacted them, their response was to have me keep the product I was clearly unsatisfied with and offer a measly 30% refund. They've wasted my time and money, then I still have to pay for it. I don't even get the product I ordered. Will definitely not be ordering from them again. I don't recommend.

Received my Richard's Resin Holy Trainer after a long delay. There are so many sharp edges in this Chinese knock off I received that I am going to have to throw it in the trash. It also smelled like machine oil. I would not recommend buying from this company. I could have ordered the same item for half the price from Amazon plus what I received is total garbage.
