I hadn't ordered from Lobsters Online before and after I submitted my order for lobsters, I had to call and postpone it for two weeks, hoping there wouldn't be any issues. The customer service agent was polite and helpful and updated the delivery date with no problem. The order arrived on time, in good condition and the lobsters were delicious!

Ordering was simple and delivery right on time. The food was still frozen and looks great, but have not eaten it yet.

The lobsters came in fine and were what I expected. However, the little neck clams were disappointing. Half were I size I was ok paying a $1 for, but the other half were barely legal! Very unhappy on that end. When I saw one bag, I thought I got ripped on the count. Instead, I got ripped on the size!

Lobsters Online has been my go-to for seafood delivery (not just lobsters!) for over a decade. Fairly priced, always delivered on time and fantastic customer service — these guys are the real deal!

Ordered one day, delivered the next - well in time for dinner. All lobsters were alive and in perfect condition. Delicious!!
