I'm finally getting around to writing this review even though I purchased four 2lb lobsters last July. The lobsters arrived in less then a day after placing my order. They arrived healthy and very lively. By far the best lobsters I have ever ordered online; they were very sweet and succulent, creating an extremely memorable Birthday feast for a very dear friend. Anyone searching for the best source for great lobsters need look no further than Lobsters Online. Their prices and shipping are the best I have found for the freshest high quality lobsters.

I ordered 3 4 ponder lobsters to deliver to a family member who will have an operation in the hospital. The feedback I received from them is that none of the lobster reach the size of 4 pond. One is even as little as 2 pond something. Shame on you! After I complaint, they gave me some refund. So I updated my rating to 3 star. I may still order from them in the future but I just won't buy any large size lobsters.

Lobsters Online is awesome. Their customer service is even better. The only issue I had is with their terrible shipping company UPS. They either deliver late or deliver the package damaged. I really hope Lobsters moves to a better carrier in the future because every other aspect of their business is solid!
