I ordered 8 lobsters 1.5lb/each for 6 people (planning on two to spoil just in case), they came packed with two ice packs. The ice packs were not very cool and melted when they arrived the next evening. Probably could have used a extra ice pack. I had repacked them in a pre chilled yeti with ice packs upon arrival. 7 of the 8 were alive, only one had bad meat that was mush upon cooking. The flavor of the fresh lobsters was amazing, can’t wait to order again. Will double the order next time.

Order delivery date delayed due to hurricane conditions. We are originally from Boston and now live in Charlotte N.C. Received constant updates on available shipping dates. Once confirmed, lobsters arrived, fresh, alive and ready to cook. Great customer service. Will definitely order again.

We ordered lobsters, clams, mussels, shrimp and clam chowder for our family's clam/lobster bake. This is the first time we ordered from Lobsters Online and will definitely order again. The lobsters were delivered at the perfect time just before the recipients birthday celebrations.

We live in Florida. My husband grew up in Maine. I order maybe twice a year for birthdays or our anniversary. I ordered Lobster to be delivered on October 12. I was combining my husband and his daughters birthday dinners. The lobsters were placed on the wrong UPS truck and delivered 5 hours later than the time UPS gave me, which was 12:30 to 1:30 pm. But thanks to the wonderful packing job, the Lobsters arrived in great condition despite the near 90 F weather here in north Florida in October. I love doing business with the Lobster Trap. They did everything right. The Lobster were exactly as described, and they tasted great. If you haven't ordered from the Lobster Trap, you are missing out.

Timely delivery of delicious lobsters!

Massachusetts to Albuquerque. We had trouble ordering online, but then called customer service and got excellent help. The lobster arrived on time and easy to prepare. And our birthday boy said it was delicious.
