Everything was perfect! Delivered on time all 12 lobsters were there and arrived alive and stayed alive until their demise the following evening. They were delicious. Thank you very much!

I ordered a 5 Lb lobster, but you had to substitute 2 three pounders. That was Ok because the amount of meat in the 3s is about what would be in 5. The only potential problem is UPS. Here in Huntsville Alabama they deliver late, so getting a notice that the delivery will be as late as 9 pm, creates a serious dinner problem. Here, FedX delivers before 2 pm every day.

The lobsters arrived on time and alive but not as tasty as the Maine lobster I'm used to. Didn't seem as sweet. I went back to look at their website and felt I was tricked! They are advetised as Maine lobster but you have to dig VERY deep into their info to discover that they use the term "maine lobster" even though they get theirs from Canada too??? what??? that fact should be clearly disclosed. That's probably why these were cheaper priced than other sites. They were just okay and if I knew they'd be from Canada I could have got them cheaper from a local supermarket tank. Won't be ordering again because I feel deceived by this company.
