Just closed on my fourth investment property with LoanGuys!
LoanGuys.com just helped purchase my fourth investment property in Los Angeles. My loan officer was Edan Eckstein. He was very professional. Initially, I was going to purchase an investment property however, Edan calculated the cap rate and looked at the comps in the neighborhood and he realized that I was going to lose money on the property. I came across another property with much higher cash flow. Things turned out for the best! I just wanted to thank the team over at LoanGuys!
