I was working with Benjamin who helped me get the property of my dreams!!! My credit wasn't so great after a bitter divorce and most people didn't want to work with me or told me I had no options. so far things have gone smoothly. The only hold up was getting the appraisal back, which is expected due to so much refi and purchases going on. We actually are closing 3 weeks earlier than expected. They came through without jumping through hoops. thanks
