Nate was great
Nate was great. He answered every question I had. He made the whole process smooth. He really made himself available throughout the process. He really pushed to get the closing in a tight time crunch.

Nate was great to work with I asked him…
Nate was great to work with I asked him upfront about the process they were never any surprises along the way. His coworkers followed up during the process and followed things through until the end. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone I’m sure I will be doing more deals with him in the future.

Good experience with Henry and Heather
To be honest, for me Henry and Heather at Loanguys are the best. This is the 2nd loan ( refinance rental property for my my Business) they helped me and there is a 3rd blanket loan they are working on it too. Henry and Heather were really patient with me and explained to me everything I need to know. If you can’t go through the traditional loan due to some reason such as : time, credit, etc, I recommend Loanguys and I recommend you work with Henry and Heather. I know these words are not enough everything you had been helping my business but again I want to thanks so much!
