Loanflight 4 stars great communication and answering all concern questions we had concerning our loan.

The appraisal company is terrible. Many things wrong with the appraisal. Edit: some info in case people want examples (this was also communicated to the lender). The appraise appraised the house against itself. I don’t know if this was by accident or on purpose... but his APPRAISED value was $27,000 LESS than the comp against itself. Other comps had $50,000 in condition differences (homes were exactly the same), no condition adjustments for homes that had no upgrades, using old comps, etc.... stay clear.

Andrew has been great. He contacted me right away, gave me accurate information and followed through with exactly what he promised on the phone. The portal for uploading documents is convenient and easy to use. Everything is very user friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I really can't say enough. Every step of the way has been smooth. I've had numerous home lending experiences and LoanFlight is easily the best I've seen, even compared to the "old days" when there was a lot less scrutiny on borrowers. They had someone on the team moving things along seemingly at all times. As a result, the process was fast and efficient. When I had questions, they were answered immediately and clearly.
