Loan process was timely and complete. Questions were answered within hours of sent emails. All Communication's between LoanFlight regarding our application were detailed and honest. Their process is to break the process down to what each department does best. Worked with Damian on the original discussion. Jeffrey on gathering the paperwork and details, and Paige on the Closing and arranging the date and time with a Notary. Had questions in the middle of the process regarding a change to escrow and received a quick email from Damian explaining how it would affect the closing numbers and the final costs. Excellent Service, Delivered on their Product. Would Definitely Use Again and Recommend to Others.

Self employed - NUMEROUS requests for information. After 45 days loan just dropped by LoanFlight lending. NO communications! Provided a great rate but then no results.
