I had a confirmed booking for today, Tuesday, October 13th @ 9am. It's 11 am and no one has arrived. Very disappointing and not reliable. I even paid the required advance of 30%. Can never get to interact with a human, which makes matters worse. Taking to AI makes one feel foolish. Not acceptable at all. My first and last with Loaderz. Definitely won't recommend.

Don't like to PAY their movers, they post on Craigslist for help when you respond they blow your phone up till you get to the job and finish. Then once you get done they make excuses when it's time to pay or just disappear. Real shitty company to work for very unprofessional. Would not recommend this company to work for at all. I had to sit in a parking lot all night until i was able to make money from another job to get home and eat let alone in the cold because they refuse to pay for a honest day wages. They need to be completely shut down and fined, for exploitation of guys in the moving industry. The job is already hard itself to be cheated, would give these guys 0 star if possible. Nothing about these guys are credible, any site they're marketed report them as spam and scam immediately. The date was 10/12/2026 customer was 749 Robb ave in Clarksville TN

This was a circus AND they charged me more than $1,000 EXTRA and held my belongings hostage until I paid the full amount. We live far away from a big city. They did not tell us they were booking movers from three hours away (6-hours of travel in total). They charged us for the 6-hours of travel time and no where in the agreement did it state that was a requirement. If we had known we definitely would not have used their service. They tacked that amount on at the very end and the movers would not unload until we paid the full amount If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been terrible. Not only were the quotes incorrect, we had a random guy show up in an U-haul and try to work “off the books”. He found the job listing in CRAIGSLIST. They say their companies are vetted, yeah right. Loaderz is a scam and extremely difficult to work with.

Great service. The guys were punctual and courteous. They took good care of my stuff, and the best part is they didn't waste time just to run up the hours. Perfect job.The price was fair , easy payment .The communication with office was great

Where do I start: I guess at the beginning: I just had the movers from hell for two days because the first day the movers wanted to get paid from loaderz and then tried to demand money from me. Those movers got mad and left. Then loaderz had me waiting for over two hours for a replacement that never showed up. We had to wait until the next day. 24 hours later and we get a new set of movers. Now they started out okay until they started arguing and cursing. They wasted a lot of time talking and wasting up the time frame. They broke my tools and they took my door off and took hours to put it back on. If that wasn’t a disaster they tried to steal a package that was an e-bike that was sitting right outside of the building. I will never use them again. Loaderz need to get their shit together. Hopefully they can get better workers.

Only have 1 star because it wouldn't let me do 0. Absolutely worst experience ever! The woman collecting money called and talk with my guy unloading multiple times. He couldn't do his job of unloading. She called and told me they were closing and O needed to pay for 5 hours. We weren't even to 2 hours yet and had half the truck unloaded and she wanted me to pay for 5. Also I wanted to pay when they were finished so I could pay the correct amount. She kept calling. I told her I would pay for 4 hours and I did and when I got back downstairs to whefe the truck was the moving help was leaving. She had told that guy I wouldn't pay and so he thought he wasn't going to get paid and left. I tried showing him my online banking and he wouldn't stop he just left with half the truck to unload. I should get my money back for the second crew. My husband and I were not ante to unload so we had to find new movers and pay them after I already paid y'all for 4hrs and she scared the guy off. Moving is already so stressful but to have to deal with that women's nonsense was unbelievable! Please issue a refund and write her up or fire her! Not to mention I got a text at like 1 in the morning the day of my move that they had canceled both my orders for movers for noon payment of deposit and I had paid 2 days prior. Such a horrible experience!

Scheduling the move was very seamless and easy but everything after that was a problem. The two movers they sent to do the job were kind and friendly but they came to the job 20 mins late. They didn’t really seem like they knew how to move items. They had trouble following instructions, but I do feel that they did the best they could. Loaderz was a headache as well because they double booked my move, the first movers showed up 20 mins late but the second set of movers who up over and hour and fifteen minutes later, and they were not even needed. After the movers were dint with the job, there were issues with the pricing, how many movers I was being charged for, the total over all cost and lastly I had issues trying to pay via Zelle and the Loaderz link. Since I was having issues with paying, the CSR kept calling me saying that the movers are calling them wondering where their money is. Overall the move was decent but I will never use Loaderz again.
