Bear and Robi, Thank you — this one is going straight to Timur and Vladimir, by name. Careful hands and showing up on time are the whole job, and it means a lot that you noticed both. If there is ever a next move, ask for them and we will send them. Blessings right back to you both. — Loaderz Team

You are right about the crew and right about the calls — we could not staff your job properly and our line failed to put you through to a person. That is on us, and I am sorry. But we are not scammers. Nobody here took your money and disappeared, and I am dealing with your deposit personally. Send me a message through our site and I will settle it with you directly, today. — Loaderz Team

Sarah, Thank you — Tim will hear every word of this, and the part about patience is the one we will repeat back to him. Moving days get stressful, and staying kind while being thorough is the hard part of the job, not the easy one. Grateful you took the time to write it, and we are here whenever you need us again. — Loaderz Team

Shantae, you are right, and we are not going to argue with a word of it. We failed you twice. Our crew did not show on Friday after we moved your window three times, and when we rescheduled for Saturday morning nobody came again. You told us about the third-floor walk-up days ahead and you were patient with us the entire afternoon. That is on us, not on you. Your deposit is being refunded in full, and the owner has reached out to you directly. We are not asking you to change this review. You earned the right to leave it. — Loaderz Team

Thank you, and your point about the third mover is fair — on a two-bedroom load and unload in one day, we should be putting three men on it, not two. Twelve hours is a long day to ask of a pair. We are taking that one as a lesson on how we size crews, not as a complaint. Glad the two of them did right by you. — Loaderz Team

Thank you, Libbi! We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Natalia, she’ll be thrilled to hear it. Being on time and treating your things carefully is exactly what we aim for, so it’s great to know the crew delivered. Thanks for the recommendation, and we’re here whenever you need us again. — Loaderz Team

You’re right and there’s nothing to defend. You signed, paid, got confirmations, kept your day free and turned down other movers — and we cancelled ten minutes before the crew was due. We never had enough crew in your area and didn’t verify it until that morning, when you no longer had options. Your deposit is refunded in full, and we’re sorry. — The Loaderz Team
