Bad customer service and delivery

Buyer beware. Take a HARD PASS on this company. I have 2 Chevy Blazers that I've been restoring and have made big purchases from this company. More often than not, the parts don't work or don't fit. Don't believe me? Here's the list: blemished tailgate band, went through multiple tailgate motors, both wiring harnesses for my drivers' side window gave out after a week, window channels don't fit so they buckle, fender trim was too long, lots of wind noise from the vent windows, dome lights came without light bulbs, etc., etc. The worst is when you have an issue and you call customer service. They expect pictures, then have to check with quality control before addressing the issue. Like I'm trying to con a car parts company?! What they don't realize is if they sell you junk parts which they often do, if you have to reopen a door or something like that to take it out, it may never go back to its original state in these old trucks. I finally got to replace the drivers' side window motors on both Blazers having ordered the parts a long time ago. Literally worked for a week then froze. Was told on the phone I'll get a gift card for the equivalent amount . . . but then a week later the Supervisor negated that offer just because I bought the parts a long time ago. Bad parts, worse customer service, no consideration for the time and expense that goes into installing their bad parts. Have had better luck on eBay and other places.
