Bought new "stock" leaf spring from my 1994 Ford truck to replace the old worn out ones, it was sagging about 2" below stock height. After replacing them, the truck was jacked up about 4" above stock ride height. Called LMC customer service, sent pictures through email and waited 5 days to hear back from someone. They told me that the springs are the correct ones and there was nothing they could do. After requesting a refund, I was shut down. After demanding a refund due to dangerous driving conditions (headlights were pointing at the ground, couldnt see anything at night), they put me on hold for over an hour. Still waiting on hold as I write this review. It will change if I ever hear back from them.

I was shocked at the poor quality and attention to detail in my parts. I purchased window seal/channel kits, park brake pad, LED interior light kit. The seals had been taped together so tightly for a long time that they were permanently warped bad. Maybe years of heat will bring them back to shape. On ALL the rubber parts, they were trimmed by somebody that hates their job. It looks like they were hacked with a box-cutter and none of the trimmed ends were trimmed the same at all; it was almost comical. The brake pad looked like it was cut out by a 3 year old learning to use kindergarten scissors. Once I see this obvious lack of quality control, my next concern is: what kind of materials were used? Will the parts last more than a few years? I think it's pretty lame to het such ugly parts from a company that considers themselves to be the "leader" in truck parts. Leader in sales maybe. Quantity; not quality. I guess it's either buy their junk or settle with junk-yard or NOS parts. I'm definetely going to reconsider where I buy my parts. Also, when my order never showed up and I had to deal with customer service; they gave me BS answers to get me off the phone quick. I give praise when it's due and criticism when it's honest. These parts are ugly and cheap knock-offs like they were purchased at a Mexican flea market. Damn. Luckily this is not a show-truck. Have bought stuff from them before in the past but not any more. They charge way to much for shipping it is rediculace. Example.... I went to order floor mats for 78.00 and when I went to checkout the price jumped from 78.00 to 130.00. They tried to charge me 40.00 to ship 2 floor mats. Needless to say I cancelled my order and am done with LMC. Sorry LMC. I am restoring an old bronco2 and planned on spending lots of money here but not now.

This place is awful had to argue about refund on parts as well over shipping when they mess up they should pay to have them shipped back its stupid have to use our own money to ship back and be told we don't refund that well that is dumb over all.

Sent wrong part. Had to argue to get a return label and still wouldn't refund $23.00 of my remaining balance.

3rd time I order parts for my 1950 F1. All cosmetic parts never ever fit properly and tend to be of quite poor quality. I will never buy again from them.

69 chevrolet c-10 part # 387904 outer cab floor extension, there is no extension for pinch for weather strip at bottom of cab, further LMC does does not make radius curve metal for the outside of this piece. the stamping is poor quality, you will be trimming alot before you have something to work with. the front and rear cab supports # 38-7954 are huge like putting a size 14 over a size 9 shoe, i understand this is a slip however, this is structural and they need to be cut down and split lit re welded for correct fit. i wanted to return this whole mess however, they want me to pay the freight, terrible customer service! never again would i buy LMC, this is worse than the stuff they sell at harbor freight maybe their related. aspenautobody denver co. 3035024118

Ordered some threshold plates for my door jams and when I received them they looked like they had come from China so cheaply made and was no where near even fitting correctly the purpose was to keep paint from scratches and chipping but seemed to only be doing that from trying to stick them on complete garbage I had to pay for shipping to return them and also didn’t get a full refund because I was charged for shipping both waysand took about 3 weeks for the refund witch only left me with about 20$ in my pocket would of just bin cheaper throwing them away first and last time I will order from this place seems they have nothing but cheap after market garbage parts anyways for top dollar.ps they probly won’t even post this review
