Mu husband bought a diagram and a smart part from here. Sorry don't have the order sheet, anyway it weighed 13oz. And they get to charge you by the amount of the $ amount of the part not the weight. We paid 125.? for shipping. Are you kidding me. Called and the 2 women said you should have looked at the chart. Excuse that wasn't the question. Why do you figure out the ounces or lbs and then charge. We won't order from them again Nasty people. And most of the parts are from China .

2017 I ordered truck door parts for my 66 Ford truck, I installed parts and here 3 years later the rubber in wing windows is already deteriorated. The work is not easy to do and the original rubber seal looked better after 40 years than the cheap rubber they sent me that lasted less than 3 years. I'm through with lmc.

Ordered parts for 1977 dodge power wagon 1.sending unit had to bend to fit and line connections are at different angles from stock. 2.Filler hose to long and straight will kink and pop out of tank.3.Breather hose to short.4.Tank filler grommet is to tight have to make careful relief cuts to fit but once in too tight for filler hose.So I called L M C and lady said I ordered wrong parts for the year,wrong! I walked her through this is what is listed for year of my truck,she backed off but told me anything installed I can't return and shipping charges along with restocking fees I would have to pay.You know what even J C Whitney takes anything back.So these will go on the wall big W T F!!! L M C written sign next to it,when asked I will share how L M C list parts that do not fit and then wants me to pay shipping and restocking.I bet these parts are from China,if I'm told these are the parts for my truck I am going to try installing,can't trust what L M C has listed,how is one to know unless you try installing!Decent online retailers include a postage paid easy return label and make it right when they are listing the wrong parts along with correcting their online parts listings.Maybe the C stands for China the lack of honest practices and quality stand to reason.

Ordering on-line was disappointing. I trusted the contents of the box, and when I opened it several months later to work on m truck I given incorrect parts. Ensure you check your contents ASAP because they tend to ship incorrect parts. I will order from NPD for my Truck parts going forward. Poor customer satisfaction. Beware....

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. McDonald's has better customer service than LMC. I made a purchase, they took the money from my account. 7 days later, i decided to check the whereabouts of my package. So I called, waited 35min on hold.then they said my billing address didn't match my shipping address, duuu there online order didn't ask for it. I never got a phone call or a email notifying me of a problem. Well i didn't get my parts or a apology. Hey LMC, my money works everywhere else but i guess you don't need it

The four pieces for the 1950 Ford pickup bed but I bought there was something wrong with all four pieces the bedsides or not made to the original rear cross piece would not fit because stake Pockets at the bottom or made longer than the bedside. Customer service does not know anything about their parts they just sell parks so if you need to know any technical support you're not going to get it. My original online account has been locked out for over a month and I just get IT is working on it as a response every time I call or email. I had to create another online account with a different email address due to an urgent need, but will look elsewhere for further parts.

Customer supplied parts for a 68 Chevy truck he bought from LMC. complete floor, rockers, cab corners, and lower fender mounts. NOTHING FIT!!!!!! I've been a body man for almost 30 years and these parts are by far the worst I've ever used. Had to fabricate every part. When I say nothing fit I mean it. Their own parts didn't even fit together! Unbelievable how bad these are. Unfortunately for me most people who hire you don't have an understanding of what it takes to make parts fit and having parts this bad makes it a bad experience for both parties. Will never recomend this companies parts!!!!
