Ordered a body repair panel for a Suburban. Part was full of grinder marks on the body line from the factory...factory primer painted over. Went thru the complaint process had a replacement magically appear which coincidentally was exactly like the first. Total junk. Asked for refund and received partial refund. Will not refund shipping and don't want the junk back. They can't even do the math...........original shipping charge was 15.75, they kept 16.99. repaired the quarter panel the old fashioned way by forming and welding in sheet metal stock. Almost 30 days into the LMC process. What a waste of my time. Too bad there is not a "0" star rating. Bad company, junk product, and terrible customer service. Stay away EDIT: Received a full refund and an apology

Mr. Tousignant, we were happy to speak with you and look forward to proving ourselves on your next order.

One star is more than they deserve. Great website for finding parts, but do like I do and buy somewhere else. Customer service is awful.

I’ve ordered at least $10,000 worth of parts from LMC over the past few years. They are GARBAGE in every single way. Customer service, garbage. Parts quality, garbage. Speed of service, garbage. I hate that 1 Star is the lowest I can give them.

Horrible service website states 24-48 hours. Good luck they charge your card in 30 seconds or less. If you inquirer on your order or complain that it is taking to long they move your order to the bottom of the pile. Your forced to use them as they have parts that others don’t have and they will remind you of that fact. And I have been scream at because I asked when it will ship. I have changed the way I look for parts. I start at all the other parts vendors and they were the first search now the last. Your just a means for them to make a buck

Customer service is terrible!! I called and after waiting about 30 minutes to speak to someone, the gal that answered the phone told me there was no way to find out what spline is on the steering column that I was trying to order. She says that they do not even know who the manufacture is. I asked how I was suppose to find out this detail before I ordered it and she hung up on me.

LMC ABS Plastic Headliners - FLIMSY and CHEAPLY made garbage I purchased LMC item # 56-7463-LG. Club Cab Models with Overhead Console. $379.95 PLUS nearly $60.00 in shipping costs to Georgia. First I must say- when it arrived I asked the UPS driver to wait because the box 18" x 32 " x 72" which is much smaller than the 60" x 60" headliner in my truck so I figured something went wrong on my order. The box was also badly damaged due to improper packing of its contents, but I digress. Much to my surprise there was, in fact, a headliner in the box- ROLLED UP LIKE a burrito. This gives you a good idea of how flimsy and thin the ABS plastic backer is made. Now as for the headliner quality. The item's misleading pictures show a headliner that has holes cut along with stating *Easy Installation and * No Special Tools needed. Holes for the center console, interior light, grab handle and sun visors are how the factory headliner is held to the interior roof. The headliner you get will come with NONE of these cutouts. YOU will be instructed to cut your own holes and "tape or glue" the headliner material on the back side of your new hole, and NO... there is no tape or glue in the box with your new burrito, not even a single packet of hot sauce. I know, you might be reading this and saying, maybe I don't want those holes in my new headliner... well then, tell me then how YOU would have it say up? Or maybe like the very tasty burrito, you might utilize a re-fried bean paste slathered on the backside for the final assembly of your new headliner In summary, If you have ANYTHING left of a foam board headliner - clean it, fix it and USE IT- this item is ONLY if you have nothing because it's really ONLY BETTER THEN NOTHING!

I just was on the phone with a woman at LMC Truck in reference to an order I placed 9 days earlier. When I checked the LMC site to check on the location of my order it was still in processing. I indicated to the woman on the phone that I needed the parts and she made a run at quilting me with the covid19 excuse and when that failed she stated that the order was held up because of a back ordered part. I asked what that may be and she said it was a bolt. Yes,,, I said a bolt, not bolts but a bolt for the tailgate hinge. A $477.00 dollar order held up by a bolt. I too waited on the phone for 30 minutes to speak with an indignant woman just to find out this amazing phenomenon... that being how in the *&^%#(&^*&)* are they still in business... I canceled the order and as fate would have it, I would never have looked for a different company to spend my money with if not for LMC's rude employee's and company policies. I now spend my money with a reliable company...
