Just ordered a blower motor for my 66 chevy. showed up warped and out of balance. not much I could do given they only sell plastic versions. Had to shim my blower just so it wouldn't hit. I expected more from LMC, not happy.

Ordered this morning looking for a new place to buy parts from. As of now no contact stating order received. No conformation of payment. No conformation of status what so ever. Sent 3 emails tried calling 5 times today waiting over 45 minutes on 2 of the calls and gave up. Still in processing under status. Order from Rock Auto at 12-1:30. Already on the truck and shipped out. If no contact in next 2 days I'm moving on. Nobody has time for this kind of service.

placed an order 8-12-2020 with a live person order number 7389993 needed 3 bed cross sills, verified with the customer service rep who put me on hold to speak with someone else to make sure we had the correct parts and placed the order, items in stock. Today 8-19-2020 called at 730pm eastern time and got there are 20 calls in head of you [ did get that too when i was trying to place the order ] so i waited, as i was calling to check on the delivery status as it has been a week. Got to a live person gave them my order number said they had to put me on hold for a minute [ we all know what that means] can back and asked me if it was for a short bed or long bed. I asked if it was shipped they said No and that they need to clarify that info I said well when was someone going to call me, I then said I went over this when I placed the order. Not a sorry, not an apology for dropping the ball NOTHING. I then asked that my order be cancelled. I have 3 trucks that I am doing for customers and I just had to explain to my customer that his truck will not be ready for the weekend. If i ran my business the way that they run LMC I would be out of business. I will NEVER use lmc truck again and I strongly suggest anyone who reads this investigate and make your own decision. My customers keep the roof over my head and the food on my table I guess that lmc does not need me. Signed Adam C.Skipper New Jersey

Placed an order, after a few days I tried to call to find out the delivery time, I could not talk to anyone the message on their phone said “you have 36 caller ahead of you”..!!!! No way I can believe that. So then I sent an email , they finally replied after days that they could not tell me when the order would ship! One item was on back order so I asked to cancel that item, they replied they couldn’t ..????!! Either the entire order would have to be cancelled or nothing???! How can a business be managed this way? Does the owner know what going on? So in my case they had an order of 250$, I asked to cancel 25$, they could have kept 225$ but they ended up preferring 0$..!!! Something ain’t right with these people. I found a much better company out of Michigan, always fast, precise and they pick up the phone!! Here is another example why this company sucks ! So I waited for my credit, it finally came through, but the day after they charged me yet again. I sent another email to them and sue enough, they still have not replied..! These people are playing with fire here, if they keep doing this to me I’ll sue them. They simply do not care, they never get back to you unless you keep tracking them down.

ordered seat belts, had to return them. They didn't refund the whole order. The order also cost me $60 to ship back. I'm down $200 on this deal and I didn't get anything out of it. I'd call and do all that, but I don't have the time to waste or the energy to spare. Just won't order from them ever again and I plan on dumping a bunch of money into my truck. With another company.

I purchased a $109+ truck cover for my 1988 chevy S10 pickup in 2019. I ordered the cover and initially they sent the wrong one. I checked my order number and it showed the correct order but still the wrong one was sent as the cover was for a much bigger truck. I was later told to order again and send the other one back. It eventually worked out and I got the right cover and refunded for the extra shipping. Here it is a year later, Aug 2020, and the truck cover i ordered and I use to keep over my truck is falling apart. The fabric is shedding and the material is breaking apart and cracking. The order form states that this is top notch material, but apparently not for being in the Florida heat. I hope this situation can be resolved when I contact the company

Ordered an air deflector and hardware, turns out its not the right part so asked for a return label and RMA. Was told shipping would be about the same back to them as it was to me, $8.00, sounds great so I send it back. Credit is issued but shipping is changed to $29.96 so refund is $12.10 on a $50 order. Buyer beware, they'll lie and cheat you for business, never again will I deal with LMC

Sent me the wrong part...TWICE. Refused to expedite me the new part for the project they had already put me behind on. Terrible service while trying to rectify the situation the first go around...second time not much better. Held my refund until part was returned to them and keeping my money for up to 14days after that. Avoid these people
