If you need the part in 6 weeks.. Use them. If you want to pay more..for same parts...use them. If you like having to buy a nut for a 150 dollar pice of plastic .. Use em. Im done w them. Spent 2k on parts in 1 months and the service..turn times.. And pricing sucks. Others process my orders now in 1 day vs LMC 4 days.

The customer service at LMC is garbage at best, it takes way too long to get your order shipped to you after I receive the stuff I have ordered from LMC it will be the last time they will get any business from me

I purchased the stainless steel drip edge for my 72 Chevy truck. Was excited to install to newly painted cab. The trim looked good ,but the trim would not stay on at all. After starting to install it chips the paint, so there is no turning back. If I would have known what I do now I would have never got the trim, besides being expensive . I wish they had a warning on this item about the installation of the product. After I was having problems, I read online about people having to pop rivet or glue it on.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a part on line and the wrong part came in. Since it was ordered online I have to pay for shipping to return it again. 40 dollars to recieve it and 40 dollars to return it. I wish I would of looked at the reviews before purchasing an item from LMC. By far the worst experience I have had with a business

I would give them a zero if I could. I am an establish auto repair/ resstoration shop of 26 years. Tried to purchase a radiator for a customers truck from them. I used my debit card for the purchase. the purchase showed on my bank account but they sent me an email saying the address didnt match and i needed to send them my bank statement showing the card and the correct address. First of all nobody is getting my private statements and second my statement doesn't show the card attatched to the account. This is just the way my bank does their statements. Tried for two days to correct this with the customer service department.Talked to my bank and they said it was an issue with the card prosesser on lmc's side. Buying a radiator shouldn't be this hard. purchased another radiator from a different supplier within the hour with the same card an NO ISSUES.

I ordered a dash from LMC Truck, apon opening the box the dash was broken. After making several phone calls and 3 weeks of waiting they still didn’t take care of the problem. They confirmed it was processed and said I would receive it in a week, and still nothing.

Delivery was a mess. ordered a windshield and other parts and they shot a small amount of foam into the bottom of the shipping box and left the other parts to just roll all over the box. the heaviest were bumper brackets, the driver stood the box on its end and should have been flat, then he put it on the ground and it all came crashing down... the windshield survived but the trim pieces that I ordered were badly bent. at this point the trim for the grille seems to be a loss. I called customer service and she said there was nothing they could do. now i have ordered another trim piece for 79.00 and 15.00 shipping--SUCKS!

Our restoration company has been purchasing from LMC since 2010. They have a good selection of truck parts, however their customer service has constantly declined. As a customer, all we ask for is that our vendors pack and ship the parts we need in a timely fashion. LMC has lost the capability of doing this. We placed our last order on December 14 2020. Today is January 11 2021 and we still have no parts. LMC shipped this order on Dec 17th but tracking shows it has never left the Kansas City Distribution Center. Now , this is not LMC's fault , but how they have handled this is a great concern. Their advice is to just keep waiting and it will eventually show up. They have elected thus far not to reship this order. We were told it would take at least 2 more days for them to get a duplicate order ready and was told the service would be no better. Well, that is not acceptable to us or our customer wanting his truck repaired in a timely matter. All calls to "customer service" have been fruitless and their employees are rude which we will not tolerate.
