I have a 1969 K10 pickup I'm restoring and the people at LMC told us if we spent $1000 dollars we would get free freight. So when I go to order the parts with the customer service gal it turns out 1/4 of them are 10+ weeks out and that if I order them together they will ship out 10+ weeks since they don't ship anything separately. I say no and start buying things that they have in stock to get over the $1000 threshold and place my order with her. We're over 2 weeks from then now and for a business that said all the parts I ordered are in stock and will be shipped together, I have had 2 different shipments and still do not have my RH Fender and Tailgate. And when we called to ask where the parts were? They basically told me they don't care if I have my parts and said if I wanted to cancel my order to cancel it. That their delivery time is an estimate and can go as long as at it needs. So needless to say LMC Truck are a bunch of liars that have you spend over $1000 of your hard earned money with them and tell you all your parts will be shipped together and that they're in stock ready to go, when in reality they have no intention of sending them all together. I would not recommend anyone using them, not even for a standard bolt and nut.

Chevy Custom Grill I ordered custom grill thru website for 1985 Chevy K30 Crew cab with dual lights. The website walks you through the process asks you Year, Make, Model. Then it pops up custom grill that will fit you truck. You have to modify(cut tabs off) the parking/turn signal lights to get to fit into the new custom grill. Read the direction and start install process by modifying the parking /turn signal lights (the directions say nothing about mock up product first). try to install custom grill and the top mount holes and bottom side mounting hole are all off by 1/4" to 3/8". Called to return and now I have to pay for return shipping and they will not take the marker/turn signal lights back since they been modified to fit there custom grill. They send you parts that won't fit and you have to pay to return. Go to another truck after market website for parts. All they do is put blame on you, when their website walks you thru and finds the part that will fit your truck. (What happen to give the customer the benefit that they are right) not with LMC you made the mistake and now you will have to pay to fix/return the product. They lost customer for life and will pass on my experience with LMC to all friends/clubs that have trucks.

They can read your address to you when you call to check on your order. Also still send order to the wrong state on your dime. I just want my cash returned!

Ordered a Dash from them and spent over $1000 in parts that’s just for the interior, currently I’m in the process of restoring a 82 k10, 75 c10 and a 73 blazer my money will go elsewhere even if I have to spend more. Unbelievable what they do at LMC even go against their own return policy, where it states “IF WE SHIP THE WRONG PART WE’LL REIMBURSE THE GROUND SHIPPING COST” even told me to go to FedEx. FedEx was going to charge me $110 to ship it back before doing so they told me to call LMC first before going through with it now that’s good customer service. I called LMC customer service and explained I ordered 81-87 dash and they sent me 73-78, I followed instruction and CHECKED “wrong part sent”. They refused to own up to it & said “you’ll still have to pay the shipping and we wont reimburse you due to you ordering the wrong part” I was in disbelief went I was told that and yet still want me to purchase another dash on top of that, Com’on man! LMC that’s very business like of you to screw over the consumer. Anyways just wanted to put in my 2cents about my bad experience with them there’s plenty of other classic car part suppliers.

Shout out to LMC Truck for shipping me the wrong part (hood hinge) offering me a 25 dollar gift card because I'm having to run the truck hoodless and for the inconvenience. Then when I have to go a different route because it's back ordered 5 weeks they decide to cancel the gift card because they're paying the whole 2 dollars for shipping I'm taking my business to summit racing from here on out! Literally the only reason to use their website is the part diagram

If you want your parts delived in your lifetime, pay the extra for quicker shipping, no matter what it costs. if you let them send it Smart Post. your grandkids will never see them. Customer service, Two word. Unbelievably Stupid.

If I could give minus 5 stars i would! They cancelled my order 3 times without notice. Over two months of wasted time for simple chevy parts. I called several times after not receiving my parts when promised. They keep saying they need to confirm my address over and over again. Save yourself the grief and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a set of wheels for an 85 K10 from LMC Truck several days ago still haven't received any shipping information. Called this morning to check on the order and was told that it will take a week to process the order before it ships. If I would have know that, I would have ordered them locally and had them the next day. Customer service is really poor. I suggest that people take their buisness some where else. Never doing buisness with LMC ever again.
