I called customer support about body panels on a 1972 chevrolet and the person on the phone told me I would have to go to the dealer to get the parts. ITS A 1972 IS YOUR SUPPORT THAT STUPID

81-87 GM truck pre cut side molding showed good reviews but when it showed up the 1st. Piece I was going to install was cut too short & the angle was wrong too. I called & was told to send back & would refund including shipping. So I ordered a roll of the stuff & cut my self & installed. But I wasn't refunded my $50 shipping So I called & a lady answered & of course not who I talked to before & told her the situation but did no good. Not there problem so I'm out $50 for there junk. I have done business with them in the past but never again. I have another truck that I need parts for but there other companies out there

I'm a first time customer (placed 3 orders over the last couple of weeks totaling over $1100) and at this time am considering never returning to LMC. My first order arrived in a bulging overpacked box. Upon inspection I found that when the box was stapled closed the staples damaged a grille in the box. After a call to customer service, I was told the grille would be replaced but that they could not do any better than standard shipping even though it was their issue. The rep on the phone honestly didn't seem to care. This doesn't sit well with me..... If LMC made a mistake, it should be corrected ASAP. Order #W4801146 -- I made this call on 8/25 - now two days later I'm told a replacement hasn't shipped yet and probably won't ship out until next week. This is now getting more irritating -- where's the customer service?

I ordered a dash pad for my 84 C10 from LMC it showed up damaged they sent another hole for trim piece were off by a 1/2 inch I don't think anyone at LMC can make a decision especially thier QC dept i have been waiting now for 10 and still no response from LMC. Very poorly made products. I will not buy anything from them again.

Always have had good luck with LMC until today it was Partially my fault accidentally ordered the same fender I had ordered a week before the left side thought I ordered a right side when I found out my right was worse than I thought it showed up and thought maybe since I’ve spent quite a bit over the past couple months maybe they would help out because the website sucks on a phone but nope sorry we can’t do anything returns suck And you would kind of think that if the same account ordered the same fender within a week of another maybe we should question that and make a phone call in beyond irritated $900 in fenders instead of six I understand everything is going up in price but come on maybe pay attention to your customers orders the website is Easy to screw up an order on

Ordered bed bolts but they wouldn’t thread all the way up nut stripes the threads and seizes up now I have to cut them off risk messing up the paint job on the frame I’m done with lmc there quality in parts is crap now

The worst service ever. FedEx sends it all over the United States before it ever gets to you. The women who work there never get the order right. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. There is no caring involved with that Horrible company!!!
