I have orderd from lmc several times, it takes weeks for them to deliver even though I live less than 6 hours away. I have had orders take days to even leave the facility. The customer care is awful and has a very slow response time, the people who respond are always rude.

Place a order last week and had to pay 16.00 for shipping, which is very high. Parts were supposed to be delivered yesterday, 10/13/21 but when I called FedEx to check and see why my parts were not delivered, I was told LMC shipped by sure post and it would take 2 weeks before my part would be delivered. I called LMC and was told they wouldn’t do anything for 10 business day and I was SOL on my parts and money till then. NEVER AGAIN!!! Over priced for shipping and BAD customer service.

Tim, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We certainly apologize if you were provided inaccurate information. Your order started to process Monday, it also shipped Monday. With the nation wide slow down with all logistics, we must wait at minimum, the allotted time to allow a package to deliver. In this case, you're in South Carolina, so the standard delivery time frame is 4-6 business days once shipped. We've assigned your order to a Rep to watch over and if it does not deliver in an appropriate time, we will then reship the parts to you. Absolutely a huge disappointment. Order some parts on Monday at 08:30 after a hour I called LMC's customer service number when I asked why my order hadn't posted in almost a hour and a half I was told to "check your account after 5pm" that was Monday it is Wednesday at 7:00pm and my order still hasn't posted.... they had no issues taking my money 45 minutes after the order had been placed order has yet to be even entered. Very disappointed in this company and Would never recommend doing any business with them ever. After discussing this issue with a friend of mine. He also disclosed that any products from LMC made of rubber are absolutely trash and fall apart with in months of installation. Buyer be aware horrendous horrible service and sub standard Chinese junk products.

Received a hood for my ram pickup needed to replace a broken part on it they can’t replace the part now I’m stuck with a 500 dollar hood will never purchase anything from this company again and will definitely badmouth LMC to everyone I know

In one word " Pathetic". The fit and finnish of their products is terrible. They imply that the parts fit exactly but they usually need modifications. This has cost my shop thousands of dollars in extra labor. They have videos to show how to make crappy parts work though, but if you mess up then you have to buy it again, and wait 2 months for delivery just so it wont fit.

I purchased two rear view mirrors with brackets for my 1970 Chevrolet step side ,twice mind you and both mirrors shake.And the tightening screws on both did not tighten. Don’t buy from this LMC company unless you want to throw your money away. You have 50 percent chance in won’t fit properly. I finally learned the hard way! Buy somewhere else.

O stars!!!!! Worst shipping ever!!! Ordered 7 days ago still nothing and tracking says delivery date pending. I played a lot of $$$ for shipping and still waiting!!!! Others places you pay as much as i did for expedite shipping!!! Not happy at all lmc's shipping sucks may need to start shopping somewhere else!!!!! No happy at all !!!!!!!!!!!

We've tracked the package and it looks like it's on the delivery truck for delivery today. Also, please note, we do not offer expedited shipping, so we certainly apologize, if we led you to think that your package was shipped via an expedited method.

I've been burned by low quality, non usable products, or OEM replacement items that do not fit. I'd say I'm at more than 50% failure rate with LMC. Since they do not accept refunds after the package has been opened, and they do not allow reviews of the products they sell on their site, I am putting this review here. My hope is that they improve the quality because most of their stuff is not inexpensive.
