Just take note if you order from this site they take forever to ship your stuff. I've been on and off the phone with them all week about when are they going to send tracking they keep lying to me and telling me. Oh don't worry sir in 24 hours it will be updated, but never got updated I'm getting very sick of them I can't even review the parts because I can't get them sick of them.

Your parts are crap!
I would like to say that I've been a customer of Lmc truck for over 25yrs. Up until @ 2 yrs. Ago I was totally satisfied with service & quality of parts. In the last 2 yrs. I have tried to up date my electrical system in my 1976 F-100 pick up. Not one part had worked! Fuel tank sending units,4, still doesn't work, voltage regulators,4, ignition switch,2,dash circuit board 3, voltage stabilizer, 4,etc,etc. I'm a mechanic by trade. I've been chasing my tail, because of bad parts! They have been very nice& have sent me replacements...but they are from the same manufacturer. CHINA, TAIWAN, HONDURAS, AFGHANISTAN!!!...REALLY!!! I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. I can by junk at Advance or Auto Zone. Don't send me another piece of crap part until you can send me something that actually works!

Gino, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We've reviewed your account and show of the 20 orders you've had with us since 2018, you've contacted us once for an issue. The said issue was regarding a sending unit that you purchased in November of 2022; you contacted us in early January, and we sent a no cost replacement. To date, we've been made aware of no further issues. If you'd like to have your concerns addressed, we encourage you to contact us via phone at 800-562-8782 or by email at [email protected]. Again, thank you for your feedback!

Bad experience
My first time ordering from LMC. Ordered metal push button (retro style) seatbelts, as shown on their website, for a 1990 Chevy K5 Blazer. LMC sends over a newer gen plastic push button style. No big deal, I'll just return them, right?
Nope, customer service tells me they sent exactly what was on their website. After going round and round, they finally agree to send me a pre-paid shipping label so I could return. Ok, done deal, right?
Nope, LMC then decides upon receipt, that since they sent me what I ordered, that I should pay for the outbound shipping. 2nd level customer service then explains to me that the warehouse said the part was correct. Not once has someone said "let me look at the website and physically compare against what we shipped you". Very dishonest and unethical.
Painful to deal with, I wouldn't recommend unless you have no other options to get the part you need. I ended up disputing the charge with my CC at this point since the vendor (LMC) left me with no choice.
UPDATE: After disputing the charge with my CC company, I also filed a case/complaint with the BBB. The issue was successfully resolved through that channel, with LMC refunding me and finally agreeing that what they shipped to me didn’t match what was shown on their website, which they are working to resolve.

$5000 spent and nothing to show for it.
Hello. I wish I could rate the products from LMC. Unfortunately, more than a month after ordering- I still have not received my order.
LMC chose to ship my order via freight, despite the fact that none of my parts required it.
My shipment was picked up by a freight company called CEVA on Sep 27, 2022 and that is the last time I’ve heard about it. The company called me to schedule delivery for Oct 12th and then just didn’t show up. When called, they said it was coming the next day- again, no show, no call. When I contacted them, they admitted they had no idea where my shipment was. What?
When I contacted LMC for help, I spoke to several very nice people. Despite their friendliness, the latest they can tell me is “we’ve initiated a trace and that can take up to 21 days.”
LMC- why is this ok? Why aren’t you taking more agressive approach? Let me be perfectly clear- I made a very large order, spending nearly $5,000 at one time. Knowing what I know now, I would have broken the order up into smaller parts- but should I have to make those considerations?
What would I do? If I was LMC, I would have immediately replaced the entire order and sent it out via traditional shipping (LMC typically uses FEDEX), then I would take action with the shipper.
Why am I paying the price for a shipping company that can’t deliver from Kansas to Virginia?
$5000 for this? Why would I ever spend money with LMC again?
The people are friendly, but the actions taken are unacceptable. As icing on the cake, I was told they were going to give me a $100 gift card. Guess what happened when I tried to use it? “I don’t see it on your account sir..”. Of course. Why should I be surprised.
Do better LMC. You already have my money in your account. A month later and I have exactly nothing to show for it.

Mark, thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback on your recent order. You're correct, we missed the mark on this order. Due to the size of the order, is the reason it was shipped Freight, the reship will most likely ship via Freight as well, however not through CEVA.

Terrible customer service and quality…
Terrible customer service and quality control. No one at the company knows anything about automotive parts.
- Ordered their spring compressor - I does not work. Contacted the manufacturer - They had to be cut to fit. Totally rude in customer service.
- Ordered a set (4) of ball joints - Three of them were made by different manufacturers.
- Ordered their stainless brake line kit for a dual master cylinder as advertised - They sent one for a single master cylinder. Had to ship it back because they cannot figure out that there are more lines in a dual system. Sourced to a different company that understands automotive parts.
- Just started putting my front end together - three tie rods from one manufacturer and one from another.
They do not understand that some different manufactures parts are different in appearance and quality.
As a veteran they used to give a nice discount and now its only on some parts and varies.
Moving forward I will now weigh their discount against the headache of miss matched parts vs paying a little more and dealing with knowledgeable staff and respectful customer service.

Part received did not match illustration of part
Ordered $240 worth of parts including a radiator drain petcock for a 48 Ford F3, Illustration showed the correct 90 degree style that was factory. Sent me a generic straight fitting that will not work in this application. Paid up for the part and shipping anticipating it to be the correct part from the website. Disappointed I would have to ship back on my dime for misleading information on this part.
Part +shipping + return shipping I could have bought 8 of these locally.
Customer service seemed somewhat unfriendly.
No problems with the rest of my order.

I ordered complete stainless steel
I ordered complete stainless steel break lines, master cylinder, all 4 wheel cylinders , all 4 drum break kits, all 4 drums for a 1966 Chevy C10 1/2 ton. The new rear rubber flexible hose fitting did not match the new stainless steel fittings. When I called to get it straighten out I was told it was the right one. My problem was not resolved and I am now at a stand still. Does anyone out there know of a solution ?
