Spole with a repesentitive nefore purchasing (so=called) molded carpet for my vehicle that I am restoring. Actually paid more than $60.00 more than I cou;d have bought elsewhaere because the rep. told me yes it is molded and did not need to be cut.(FALSE)

Yeah if you not in no rush don’t order from them I had to send the wrong item back and it’s been almost a month in a half still no refund they keep telling me that it hasn’t been processed in the system yet like I need my money!! PLEASE ORDER FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE

LMC Truck has the worst customer service of any company I ever ordered from. I returned perfectly packaged and sealed items that have never been opened 4 weeks ago and still have not gotten a refund. I would rate "0" stars if it was an option. BUYER BEWARE of LMC Truck!!

there parts quality has gone down, and they give you the run around on warranting their parts they sell nothing but junk I miss the old LMC truck you could get parts warranty handled at the time you called them know they get back to whenever they fell like it. The time before this I had missing parts in my order it took me two weeks to get the missing parts with many phono calls.

Poor customer service. They do not care to try and resolve issues only offer excuses for their mistakes.

I would give them a negative star if I could. Ordered parts they shipped wrong parts so returned them, 30 days later no refund. Called 3 times now, all I get is our return department is behind! Terrible company, Terrible customer service. Thieves won't give us our money back.

I ordered a tailgate latch for a 1980 F-100. It was bent out of the box. The rivets were loose. I had to rebend the brackets that held the handle. The latch pin would slip right off of the rod hinge bracket. Ask what to do and have got no response. I had to drill the rod holder pieces out so they would fit the rods. All the work and it will not fit. That was money and time wasted. I would recommend looking somewhere else befor buying from LMC TRUCK. Good luck with your future parts.
