Confidentiality
My order was delivered as expected to my home which I wanted. The box had advertising all over for the brand of diaper I ordered and I was shocked!!!

Hi Rick. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed in the lack of discreetness. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that every shipment will be discreet. Some products are shipped in the original boxes, and some manufacturers still print their branding on the boxes. Fortunately, we are seeing a move away from manufacturers using their branding on the case boxes and this has helped. I will also check with the warehouse to see why the branding wasn't covered up as we usually will take care of that as well. I apologize again for the lack of discreetness, and we will strive to do better next time. Thank you, Alex Owner, LL Medico

I appreciate the quick and professional service that I get whenever I contact your office. If any problem or issue arises, which it seldom does, you all take care of it quickly. All my orders on autoship have come right on time. And when my recent order arrived and I found I had enough to skip the next shipment, I was able to cancel that one shipment at manage my autoship, with no hassle. LLMedico has always been reliable getting my supplies to me, and very helpful and friendly every time I've reached out for info or help. I've been a happy customer for many years, and will be for many more!
