As usual quick delivery and good price.

LL Medico delivered my two packages to the wrong address. I immediately sent them an email, but have not heard a word in days. Meanwhile, my inbox is flooded daily with emails advertising their products and one telling me I’ve earned 30 cents due to my purchase. The lack of customer service is appalling for any retailer, but more egregious for this company, because LL Medico presents itself as a small business that values their customers.

I place my order Friday and received an email stating they were preparing my order. Come Tuesday I still had not received an update and it was still showing on website they were preparing my order. I called them and was informed they did not receive my order until after hours on Friday so it was not processed till Monday and was shipping later today. Come today (Thursday) I still had not received an update so I called back and was informed that it shipped Monday. I informed them that on Tuesday I they stated it was not shipped yet but ship later that day but now they are saying it shipped Monday. There response was it was just an error but it shipped Monday and she would get me the tracking number. I just received the tracking number this afternoon (Thursday) and according to UPS it has not been picked up yet so it has not been put in their system for tracking yet. They intentionally misinformed me not once but 2 times. I will never be using this company again. All they had to do was be up front and honest and they were not, they were deceptive. NOT a good company.

It was pretty easy to ordering.

All my orders on autoship have come right on time. And when my recent order arrived and I found I had enough to skip the next shipment, I was able to cancel that one shipment at manage my autoship, with no hassle.

I didn’t like the multiple packages when placing my order. luckily the case arrived before everything else but that was a main factor for this review along with the crinklez tabs ripped on my twice from a brand new pack and unfortunately had to be discarded as i didn’t have anything available to help me fix it. also i qualified for the 1-3 day shipping but only 1 of 3 items arrived within 1-3 days :/
