Extremely fast and free shipping on my favorite brand. The new distribution system has reduced shipping times by a factor of 2 to 3, at least to Oregon.

Company have sent the wrong item on my last two orders. On notifying the company then they informed me the item was discontinued and would no longer be available. Sent me a link and it is still available there. This is very misleading, do you have the product or not diapers 4/5xl overnight red& blue pack.
Response from LL MedicoJun 30, 2026
Hi Jacqueline. We did not send the wrong product. Tranquility has updated the packaging for the 4XL/5XL briefs. According to their website, they now feature Air-Plus 100% breathable technology and they have a re-shaped absorbent core, along with the new packaging. If you have any additional questions or need help finding a new product, please reach out to us. Thanks.
