Easy navigation and ordering but….
Easy navigation of web site. Some products frequently out of stock. Ordering was easy. It is not fast shipping, site states 1 - 3 business days took 7 business days overall it took 9 days. To compare to when I order from chewy, I receive my orders in 1 - 2 days and the shipping is free. Yes the shipping was free from LL Medico but not fast and could leave you without having product and going to the local store. ☹️☹️

Hello and I'm sorry to hear about your negative shipping experience with us. The product you ordered is only shipped from certain warehouses and we mention this on the product page for these products. Usually, these are shipped from our Philadelphia warehouse to you but since one of the products you ordered was out of stock in that warehouse, these were shipped from Nevada. This caused the longer than usual ship time. I do apologize for that and I hope we can deliver better with your next order.
