YOUR SYSTEM BLOCKED MY GOOD CHARGE CARD…
YOUR SYSTEM BLOCKED MY GOOD CHARGE CARD AS "Insufficient Funds", which is a term my charge card does not even utilize. Made my delivery two weeks late, at great inconvenience and embarrasment to me. Please send my card back through after giving your system time to connect properly with my card system,in the future. I appreciate your great service up until this problem. Thank you. Martha

Hi Martha. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this. Our processor sends a request to your bank and then your bank provides us with a message back on whether they can process the charge, and if not, why.
