I absolutely love the LIV watch brand!!! Once you open the box and put one in your hand, you instantly know you are holding real quality. I will be ordering my 3rd very soon. I have a GX1 Rose gold cobalt with the matching silicone strap and the Black n Blue GX1 with a black stainless bracelet. Both are just so nice that i had to get a 3rd. Perhaps the Big Pilot with rivets. I am a watch collector with 68 watches of all sorts. These rank up there with my Tag n Breitlings.

Coming from a 68-watch collector, this means a great deal. Thank you. That GX1 Rose Gold Cobalt is a stunner. The Big Pilot with rivets would be a sharp addition; let me know if you want a hand picking the configuration. Chazy, Co-founder, LIV Swiss Watches

Just received my new Trekker GMT Black Steel - this is my 3rd Liv… I was an early supporter of the P-51 Limited Edition and was so impressed with the build and quality, I came again back not once but twice. But behind the watch there is much more. I couldn’t complete this review without acknowledging their customer service, in particular Ernest. He personally secured an out of stock piece and followed the process to my door. Thank you. I am lucky to own a number of nice Swiss time pieces, but his is my daily go-to. Thank you Liv.

Richard, three LIVs deep and still choosing us, that means everything to the whole team. Hearing the Trekker GMT Black Steel earned a spot as your daily go-to alongside your other Swiss pieces is the highest compliment we could ask for. We will absolutely make sure Ernest knows he came through for you, because that kind of care is exactly the LIV experience we fight for. Thank you for staying in the family. James, LIV Concierge

Why did I wait so long to buy a LIV time piece Holy shit is this watch a beauty I have a case full of watches and there is only one that is close to this LIV Trekker GMT. The watch is so masculine I got mine with the Silicone strap you can get it with the black bracelet, the silicone is so soft and feels so good against your skin. Chaz and the team are so driven to make sure your happy they wanna know what you want and they will do there best to make it happen, shipping was free and I got my watch in two days, excellent customer service.

This just made our day, thank you. There is nothing quite like the Trekker GMT, and hearing how good that soft silicone strap feels against your skin tells us we got it right. Getting it to you free and in two days is exactly the experience we want every fan to have. Welcome to the LIV family, and enjoy every second on the wrist. Ernest, LIV Concierge

Wish there were more ⭐️ stars….like 100! Ernest and the team at LIV does it again. I was browsing the pre loved section and the new P51s. I had been looking for a Rose Gold P51 as I sold mine to take my daughter on vacation . As I was looking, Ernest and I began chatting . (Always good to hear from you Ernest!). As I was about to purchase another P51 when Ernest remarked that he had a preloved P51 Rose Gold, Fifth edition limited . It is the exact watch . It is in perfect condition! Beautiful timepiece. My 5th LIV. He then used my accumulated points to provide a discount and shipped it overnight . Truly a customer for life . And with Chaz as the leader and people like Ernest and James, you can’t miss’ Thank you LIV!

Chris, this genuinely made our whole team smile, thank you. Ernest is one of the best, and the fact he tracked down that exact Rose Gold P51 Fifth Edition in perfect condition for your 5th LIV is the kind of thing we live for. Five LIVs deep and still calling us home means the world to us. Welcome back to the family, and enjoy every second on the wrist. Chaz, Co-founder

Very few companies have the trifecta: awesome customer service, fair pricing and merchandise that makes you turn the head. Liv is that company. Arguably, my favorite watch brand. They are yet to produce a timepiece design that I dislike. Currently own 3 Liv tanks (watches) and will add some more in the near future.
Response from LIV WatchesJul 14, 2026
This one means a lot. The trifecta you described real service, fair pricing, and designs that turn heads is the exact balance we fight for as an independent brand, so hearing it from a three-watch collector who calls us a favorite is about the best feedback we could ask for. Thank you for being part of LIV, and I'm already curious which piece joins the collection next. Chazy, Co-founder, LIV Swiss Watches

My new watch arrived in my living room about 24 hours after I bought it. Their promptness in shipping is incredible. The watch is absolutely beautiful and I liked it so much I bought another one today. These people are tough to beat and their customer service is second to none. Oh yeah and the watches are gorgeous! Bought my second watch today and it’s going to be delivered tomorrow afternoon.

Reading this made my whole day. Fast shipping, watches you love, and service that earns a second order within days - that's exactly the experience we set out to build. Enjoy tomorrow's delivery, and thank you for betting on an independent brand. We won't let you down. Chazy, Co-founder, LIV Swiss Watches
