⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding First Impression and Customer Experience From the moment the package arrived, I knew this was something special. LIV has quite a presence on Facebook, so I've known about them for a while. They also have an excellent website, where I have spent a good bit of time. The website has live chat available most of the time, and I actually had a chat with Chaz, the owner/founder of the company as I was considering placing an order. Chaz stayed in touch through WhatsApp and email until the watch (44mm Fathom Diver) was on my wrist, and even beyond. I'm not sure how I could have had a more impressive customer service experience. While I am not a watch expert, I have spent lots of time online learning about watches, and it does seem to me that LIV watches provide unusually high quality for their price points. The Fathom Diver is somewhat heavy, but not nearly as heavy as many watches, such as the Rolex Submariner. It's somewhat large, but not nearly as large as my Garmin Enduro 3. I think that 41-45 mm is a good window for watch size. LIV even sized the watch band before shipping. I still had to take out one more link, but I appreciated that help. Everything about this watch speaks quality. The lume stays lit and readable all night long. It appears that the watch is going to be within the promised 5 seconds per day, which is much better than my other automatics. Although the Fathom is not COSC certified, such accuracy would qualify for certification. The Fathom resembles the Rolex "Hulk," but is better looking, in my opinion. That saves something like $20,000 ;) Same thing with the Rolex Submariner. While LIV doesn't carry the panache of the big-name Swiss watches, neither does it carry those price tags. And the quality of the watches seems at least twice what LIV charges for them. Check them out!

My experience with LIV was excellent. Great communication about my watch from the onset. It shipped in a very nice box with all the paperwork presented in a classy envelope. The watch itself was beautiful. I've received several compliments already at the gym and out at dinner with my wife. I showed it to a good friend who is a watch enthusiast and he is now looking at LIV for his next purchase. Most importantly, I love the way it fits, looks, and wears. The color is great. It's sporty and classy at the same time. Love it.
