From my initial phone call to Living Well Stores on a Sunday morning to their prompt return call, my experience ordering a Baja Wrangler 2 scooter was flawless. Steve was very knowledgeable about shipping large scooters to Hawaii. He made all the arrangements from the factory in Mississippi, to the ocean freight forwarder in California, and then to my home delivery on the Big Island. And the best part is that it only took 20 days from the date of my order to delivery in Hawaii.
