Ordered a couch with delivery attempted 4 times by your logistics provider in Jersey (FGO Logistics). EACH time they arrive outside the delivery window and fail to deliver. This is not okay and complete waste of time. Customer service happens from start to finish, not just the point of sale. Terrible customer service, there is only a AI chat bot for customer service.

Completely unreliable junk
I purchased an oversized power recliner for my mom who was recovering from surgery. It cost roughly $900. Just past a year, once the warranty ran out, the motor failed, and the company refused to help. For that amount of money, I would expect significantly better quality. I would not ever buy from them again.

I purchased a STEARNS & FOSTER mattress medium queen. I paid $2,799. I selected this mattress because of the store floor model display, but the one I recieved is different and does not meet my needs.
I am a "Disabled Veteran" with service connected "back injuries." The Living Spaces in Glendale, Arizona, "refuse," to exchange the mattress, even if I pay the difference for a different, one.
The Living Spaces Stores do not care about helping, "Disabled Veterans." They are "not" a Veteran friendly store, all they want is to make a profit.
Not Military or Veteran "friendly."

I have decided to take my case to the…
I have decided to take my case to the people so that they can decide for themselves whether Living Spaces is a company they can trust and confidently do business with. What transpired in my situation should never have occurred, particularly after their company was given multiple opportunities to resolve the matter appropriately. Unfortunately, at every stage, Living Spaces chose not to stand behind the quality of the product it sold or the commitments made to its customers.
Consumers have every right to expect that furniture purchased and delivered will arrive free from defects. In this case, the defects in the sectional sofa should have prompted immediate corrective action, including replacement of the entire 3-piece sectional. Instead, I was informed that my only options were to either “return or replace,” without any clear explanation that you were referring to only one piece of the sectional.
At no point would it have been reasonable to assume that I would return or exchange a single section of a 159-inch sectional sofa, thereby reducing it to approximately 109 inches and leaving the designated living space incomplete and unusable as intended. Furthermore, their company could not guarantee that any replacement piece would come from the same dye lot, despite the obvious risk of color variation and mismatch in fabric. This would only compound the existing issue and further diminish the appearance and value of the furniture I purchased.
The reality is that Living Spaces could not guarantee delivery of the product as originally purchased and represented. Under those circumstances, a full refund should have been handled promptly and professionally. Instead, the process became unnecessarily difficult and adversarial.
This experience demonstrates a concerning lack of accountability and raises serious questions regarding whether Living Spaces truly stands behind the products and warranties it sells. I believe prospective customers deserve to know the potential risks they face if defective merchandise is delivered and whether they can reasonably expect fair and responsible treatment from their company when problems arise.
People need to be warned that when buying from Living Spaces they should not sign for the product until they have carefully inspected their furniture and it is free from all defects.

Defective products and worthless warranty
We purchased an expensive electric Love seat with a console. We purchased the extra warranty which the salesperson said would take care of everything for years. We are snowbirds so we only get 6 months use out of a year. After three years the cushion and back lost the foam support. I called to get it repaired under their warranty. The warranty doesn't cover workmanship. It only covered accidents. They know their quality is poor and doesn't last but a year or two. They really don't cover anything. The leather color is coming off, but that isn’t covered. I would discourage everyone from shopping at Living Spaces. They are not trust worthy.

The worst
The worst! We purchased beds and mattresses from Living Spaces over two weeks ago and still have not received our order. Our delivery has now been canceled twice, once on the actual delivery day and now again the day before the scheduled delivery.
The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Communication has been poor, customer service has been unhelpful, and no one seems able to provide accurate information or solutions. After spending a significant amount of money, we expected much better service and reliability.
At this point, we are still waiting for the furniture we already paid for. Extremely disappointed with how Living Spaces has handled this situation.
UPDATE to this nightmare: they cancelled again on us today with no warning!!!!!! The worst company. Do not purchase anything from them.

Incompetence you have to pay for
I ordered from in the showroom, had a great initial experience with the salesperson. They unfortunately ordered the wrong couch fabric and I noticed upon delivery before it was fully unwrapped it and had them take it back. The one star is for being charged the restocking fee when 1) it was the salesperson's mistake and 2) I refused upon delivery, no return trip was made. After no less than 12 calls getting bounced around I was told I could order something else to have it waived (they didn't have what I need in stock, and why would I trust this business after the initial error?) or eat the fee. Even the receipt didn't have the fabric type listed so how was I to know it was incorrect when I was sitting on exactly what I wanted ordered making the buy with the salesperson completing the request? Absolutely absurd.

Worst warranty service
They offer a warranty service for $500, unlimited for 5 years. It is complete trash. I Filed a claim for a month now and they keep asking for more photos. I've sent so many photos and and everything is just automatic. They're beating around the bush and wasting my time. I will fight this for however long I need to. Scammers!
